At Encodia, LLC, we build cross-platform applications and we care about user privacy. This policy explains what
minimal data we collect, why we collect it, where it goes, and how to delete it.
1. Data We Collect and Why
- Account Details: If you choose to create an optional account to unlock extra features, we collect your
email address and an optional username. This is used strictly to identify you, manage your features, and secure
your account.
- Your App Data & Content: When you use features like cross-device syncing, todo-list notifications, or
sharing to art galleries, the content you create within the app (such as settings, text, or artwork) is sent to
and stored on our servers so we can provide those features.
- Technical Logs: To keep our apps secure and functioning properly, our servers temporarily log basic
network identifiers, including your IP address, device ID, and records of app startups or crashes. We treat this
data as anonymous, technical infrastructure data, but we recognize it can legally be classified as an identifier.
- Purchase History: If you make an in-app purchase, we retain records of the transaction to manage your
premium features and fulfill our financial reporting requirements.
2. Third-Party Sharing and Sale
- No Big Tech Trackers: We do not send your data to big tech companies (like Google, Apple, or Meta) for
tracking, analytics, or behavioral monitoring. (Please note: This covers data processed directly by our apps; the
phone's operating system or app store may still collect native platform analytics according to your device's global
settings.)
- No Selling: We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or app content to data brokers,
advertising networks, or any other third parties.
- No Ads: We do not display advertisements in our apps.
3. Data Hosting and International Transfers
All data collected through our apps is sent to and securely stored on our servers located in the United States.
If you are accessing our apps from outside the United States, please note that your information will be transferred
to, stored, and processed in the US.
4. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You can delete your account and its associated data (including your synced content) at any time directly within the
app settings or by contacting us at support@encodia.co. Please note that we
retain basic technical logs for system security and are legally required to keep records of financial transactions
(in-app purchases) for tax and accounting purposes.
